Kellan Christopher Lutz is a American Fashion Model and Actor. He is best known for playing Emmett Cullen in the Twilight Saga film series.

Career[]

He has acted on a number of television shows. He had recurring roles on "Model Citizens" and HBO’s "The Comeback" and guest-starred on episodes of ‘'"The Bold and the Beautiful", ‘'"CSI: NY", ‘’"Summerland", ‘'"Six Feet Under", ‘'"CSI: Crime Scene Investigation", and ‘’"Heroes". He was also in the films ‘'"Stick It", Accepted and the 2008 remake of Prom Night]] (2008). Additionally, Lutz has performed on the California stage and has been a TV show host, appeared in celebrity endorsed fragrance commercials and appeared in dancing roles for music videos. In 2008, Lutz appeared in the 2008 war miniseries ‘'"Generation Kill", based on the book by Evan Wright and had a starring role in the survival film Deep Winter.

His big break came when he played Emmett Cullen in the critically bashed ‘’Twilight’’ saga franchise. Lutz also starred in 2010’s ‘’Immortals’’ (with Mickey Rourke) and later reunited with his ‘’Twilight co-star and close friend, Ashley Greene, in the 2011 sports drama A Warrior's Heart’’. Lutz starred once again with Rourke in the Indonesian action-crime film Java Heat. Lutz starred in the 2014 fantasy epic The Legend of Hercules (produced by Millenium Films' Avi Lerner, but the film was a critical and financial failure. It co-starred Scott Adkins as the head villain.

He is currently signed with Ford Models. He is one of the models featured in the 2010 Calvin Klein underwear campaign.

In 2012, Lutz made a special guest appearance on the TV Show 30 Rock, as himself, where he pretended to be related to the character J.D. Lutz, who is played by actor John Lutz.

The Expendables[]

He plays the young leader of the Expendables Team against Conrad Stonebanks in third film and will reprise the role yet again in the fourth film.
