The Sangs were a terrorist group and cartel-for-hire that helped Jean Vilain obtain Cold War weapons to take over the world. They came into conflict with the Expendables during a mission to recover useful data to from the site of a plane crash.
They were all completely wiped out after Barney Ross and co. swore vengeance for the death of Billy and prevented them to departure the entire weaponry into the black market.
